Correct Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, email, and contact information at checkout.
Gymraff is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Gymraff is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
We recommend customers monitor tracking updates and contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- incorrect address
- insufficient address
- unclaimed package
- failed delivery attempts
the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again to resend the order.
Undelivered or Lost Orders
If the shipping carrier is unable to locate or recover a package, Gymraff is not responsible for replacing the items free of charge.
Customers will need to place a new order if they wish to repurchase the items.
Shipping Delays
Gymraff is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- weather conditions
- holidays
- carrier operational issues
Once the package leaves our facility, shipping times are handled by the carrier.
